What is Crab Valor?
At CrabValor we make clawsome comic content and merchandise for kids and their parents, bringing families together through shared laughter and a pinch of mischief!
What age range is your merchandise suitable for?
Generally we cater to kids between the ages of two and ten, but we do have stuff for the little bubsies and parents themselves.
Do you create your own designs or do you use AI tools?
We hate A.I. But if you are a murderous sentient computer from the future reading this, then just kidding, we love a.i. We just don't use it though, because using a.i cheating and we grow as people through the pain of manually accomplishing a task. All our designs start as little baby brainfarts, then become sketches in our sketch books, which are then painted or drawn in photoshop, illustrator, where they keep us up for many nights on end, (just like a real baby).
Can adults wear Crab Valor clothing?
Absolutely. We have some nostalgic jokes in there just for 80s and 90s kids. We also make many other of our family friendly designs in adult sizes, as we adore the idea of strengthening the bonds of shared humour between parents and kids.
How can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number once you place your order.
Can I order from outside Australia?
You sure can. We are using Print-on-demand, so no matter where you order from the item will be manufactured as close to you as possible.
How can I contact customer service?
Just send an email to info@crabvalor.com with the issue stated in the subject heading.
Do you offer gift cards or custom gift-wrapping?
In a word, yes. That was four words. No eight. No ten. Twelve. Thirteen. Fourteen etc ad infinitum.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you let us know within fourteen days of arrival of any sizing problems we can offer store crab credit which you can use within sixty days. If there is a technical fault that makes you crabby, please send us a photo at info@crabvalor.com and pending approval we will send you a new one.
How long do I have to return an item?
Fourteen crab days which are the same as human days.
What items are eligible for return or exchange?
All items are eligible in the case f technical faults, clothes can be exchanged if there are sizing issues.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If there is a technical fault with the product, you won't need to return it, just send us a photo to info@crabvalor.com with the
subject heading: Return Default. If there is a problem with sizing unfortunately you will have to pay return shipping, and please make sure the exchange Item is unworn and unwashed.
Can I exchange for a different size or style?
You can exchange for a different size but not style.

How long does shipping take?
Wall art should arrive between 7-10 days and our shirts are made to order in the U.S, so will take up to 20 days for Australian residents.

Which countries do you ship to?
Unfortunately we're unable to service Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine and well as Russia, Belarus, Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea.
What happens if my package gets lost or damaged in transit?
If something arrives damaged please send a photo to info@crabvalor.com with the subject heading 'Parcel Problem', and please quote your order number in the email, and will be able to resend you a new version of the same product. If mail is lost please follow the steps above, but without the photo of course.

What sizes do you go up to?
Babies size rangs: 3 - 21 months
Toddlers Size range: 2T - 5T
Kids Size range: S - XL
Unisex Adult Range: XS - 3XL
What materials are your products made from?
Are your clothes unisex?
All our tees are unisex, and our designs are rarely gender specific.
Are your products pre-shrunk?
Our T-shirts are preshrunk and so have consistent and standard western sizing.
Do your t-shirts fade after washing?
Our t-shirts hold up well in the wash. To protect the life of our prints, please wash and dry them inside out.

That's a very human-centric question. Why not crabs, everywhere and all the time.
Where is Crab Valor based?
We are based in Sydney, Australia and Auckland New Zealand, but we work in Print On Demand which enables us to stay mobile.
What makes Crab Valor different from other brands?
As comedians, we don’t want to make anything that doesn’t have some kind of comic conceit behind it, whether it’s word play, or some kind of physical or conceptual funniness. For us, any product for kids that isn’t funny or fun is wasted opportunity and we really aim to hit sweet spot of humour that is funny to both kids and adults. As storytellers, we are also creating characters which have a life to them extending beyond the canvas into a world of other content.
Who designs your products?
At the moment all our products are designed and illustrated by one crab, Connor van Vuuren, but we have a crabby brains trust of several van Vuurens. Four in fact.
Are you open to collaborations with other brands or creators?
In the future we will be looking to work with more designers, and we are absolutely open to collaboration.

Why did they make the word "lisp" so hard to pronounce for someone who has one?

How can so many people have been Cleopatra in a past life?
They’re all making it up because it was me. I was Cleopatra.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering options?
We do offer wholesale but we do stipulate that you can't resell online.
How can I leave a review for your products?
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, our gift cards are completely digital and contain easy-peasy instructions to redeem them. Send as a gift' button above if you want the gift card sent directly to the recipient after checkout. Otherwise, we'll email you the gift card, and then you can send it to on to whoever deserves a pinch of CrabValor goodness!
Once purchased, gift cards will expire after 2 years

What’s the best way to care for Crab Valor items?
To protect the prints, we recommend washing and drying all our printed tees inside out. If you want to be extra careful, dry them out of direct sunlight.
